Prolific Drae Da Skimask follows up three long-form projects for the Astral Black label with the 6-track 'Ficante' EP, an unpredictable, high-tempo experiment from the young London producer. An ode to the influence of Rio's Baile Funk & Tek Life, tipping a hat to soul, RnB and 90's rave on the way.

'Ficante' see Drae briefly step outside of the realms of the slow-mo trap productions he has so effortlessly finessed, applying those same production techniques to the more hard hitting club sounds he is fast becoming known for combining into his DJ sets. These 6 tracks are the sound of a young producer growing up in one of the most multi-cultural cities in the world and allowing himself to absorb the sounds around him and the cities he has been taking his music too.
